Return & Exchange

We stand behind our goods services and want customers to be satisfied, but

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returning instruction:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted immediately.

Please submit a problem report by following the instructions to our Customer service by E-mail indicating:

  • Your order#

  • Description of the problem

  • Picture showing the problem/defect

  • After receiving our confirmation for a return, you will receive authorized RMA No. and shipping instruction.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION.

Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains, pet hair, perfume/detergent scent or smoke will be refused, returned to you and are subject to a debit charge.

NOTE: In case customer will return back the pack to the returning address without receiving any approval/confirmation from our customer service, Customer will be charged for shipment cost, and will not be refund.

For packages lost in transit: all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks, after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address : in case of  providing  an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed : Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and Customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

NOTE item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange, in the following cases: we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges and sale item, however since we want our customers to be satisfied, you may contact us describing the problem and we may consider the exchange or refund, in this case , you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and additional cancellation/exchange fee.  .

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Terrminalpic reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request by email to our customer service, once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours-of purchase but not been manufactured or shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request, since this a custom product, if the orders have been shipped or manufactured.
